Booking policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to sessions booked with LEAP Leadership Consultants™. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms below.

1. Cancellation Notice

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. The date and time of receipt of the email will determine refund eligibility.

2. Refund Eligibility

Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that session.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the session, non-attendance, and sessions already delivered are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

For a prepaid package, any eligible refund will be calculated using the fee allocated to the cancelled session in the agreed booking or engagement terms.

3. Cancellation by LEAP Leadership Consultants™

If LEAP Leadership Consultants™ cancels a session, the client may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund of the fee paid for that session.

4. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be initiated through the original payment method within 7 working days of written cancellation confirmation. The time taken for the funds to appear in the client’s account depends on the relevant bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Requests and Grievances

Please send cancellation requests or concerns to nishat@theleapleadership.com, including your name, session date and time, and booking or payment reference.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The parties will first endeavour to resolve any dispute arising from a booking or refund through good-faith discussions.

If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may seek remedies available under applicable Indian law before the competent court, consumer commission or other appropriate authority.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights or remedies available to the client under applicable law.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any revision to this policy will apply to bookings made after the revised policy is published. Existing bookings will remain subject to the policy accepted at the time of booking, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
